cupcake o'ramaThe zucchini plant provided more zucchini than I was ever interested in. First, I made a typical zucchini bread recipe that yielded 2 loaves, next I baked the cupcakes from Martha Stewart’s Cupcakes. Finally, I made sour cream and onion zucchini cakes from The Farm Chicks in the Kitchen. And there’s still a zucchini left! If just one plant produces this much zucchini, I’m not sure if I’m prepared for the output of an entire garden.
